                              I bought a warranty through Square Trade as well. I think I'm going to pay the $99 deductible and forget HTC.

I love it but I think... moreIt took HTC 5 or 6 mounts to send me a replacement phone under oh uh protection. And that was after I had already cancelled the request because I got the parts on eBay and got it fixed at a repair store locally.
                                I broke my back glass back in April.

                                  I bought my U Ultra from HTC on 3/17. I love it but I think the case is pathetic and no other cases seemed to be available.
                                  Well - I dropped it on its corner and the screen cracked and the cracks spread up the back glass. The front cracks are spreading as well.
                                  I have been fighting with HTC since October to get an UH OH replacement (good for the life of this model only). 20+ phone calls, chats, and they only tell me they don't know when a replacement will be available - but I bet they have brand new ones ready to sell.

                                  Anyway - does anyone know of a better case? I can keep using this phone.
