for those complaining about the battery, plse go the android met and download 'juice defender' and 'battery doctor' apply them appropriately. Ur battery will last for atleast 2 days with-out charge.

Some time agoo i was asking if HTC Wildfire is really using Gorilla Glass for its screen. As it seems, it's actually using it!

After reading this link, i tried it myself with a piece of a metal and dragged it a bit over the touch buttons below. And the metal didn't leave any marks like it instantly did on any kind of plastic.
If i'd knew this for sure when i bought it i wouldn't waste money on Invisible Shield which was completely unnecessary. So, if you have Wildfire, worry not, the screen is indeed scratch resistant. Too bad the camera protection lens is not using the same glass...

elo, i need help.. i have problem with the mms thing.. the mms failed to send.. it say generic network problem.. what is that? and how can i fix it? fyi,i disable the mobile network (connect to internet) but not the mms.. yes,i still can send and receive mms after i disable it but sometime it wont work.. example,in 10 time,i only succeed about 3 or 4 out of 10.. plz help

bought my wildfire 4 days before after admiring this fon for long time.. model release on april 2011 and it has android 2.2 (froyo) in it.. all the old 'new' htc model will have froyo in it.. battery is ok,play angry bird rio with a little jerky but its totaly playable.. dude,if u have budget,choose wildfire s than this.. but this one still worth the money.. in my place,the diffrent btw this and S is around USD100.. that pretty expensive.. overall,2 thumb up

Wildfire rocks.although scrn resolution is low bt still dis phne rocks.Android 2.2,5 mega pixel camera,application support xcellent,touch can b compared wid iPhone,btry is ok.WORTHY 2 BUY.I luv dis phne using since 5 mnth.nvr got hanged as it got decent processor.at tht much price it is d best phne.

Bought my HTC few days back ( a week almost ) ..... got in love with it at first sight and choose it over Optimus.
After using it a day I got to knw 1 thing for sure ...IT WAS BEST LOOKING @ CLASS. But after using for so many days I got to knw that Processor is WEAK & system got slow sometime.
GAMES like ANGRY BIRDS are very slow.
Features are Good ..but still PROCESSOR TURNS ME UNHAPPY.
I am looking to take it to authorized centre to get it checked again.
