can someone tell me whether to go for sony ericsson x10 mini pro, or wildfire?

This is the best phone i have seen, Just bought it a month ago. Very good performance and interface. The only negative point i have noticed is the battery. It needs to be recharged at least once every 2 days for light users and once a day for frequent users.
* The Internet seems to be good.
* GPS is better than some Nokia N series phones and it works okay in offline mode ( Google Maps).
* (-) The speaker quality and the headphone quality could have been better.
* The speed is good. Compared to the Nokia's Symbian OS it is much better.
* Connecting to the Pc is also quiet fast. Bluetooth seems fine.
* Wifi connections is fast.
* The in-built apps like facebook, friendstream, twitter and other social networking ones are quiet usefull.
* Connectivity ain't a prob with this phone.
* Camera is really good.
* The flash is also handy and can also be used as the flash light. Pretty bright.
* (-) Accelerometer needs to be calibrated once for it to work smoothly.
* The onscreen keyboard is useful for texting and other stuff.
* Android market has a lot of free apps that make this phone more interesting.

Android is the OS used in this phone. (like windows XP and such on a PC). this phone is running on Android v2.1 ( could have been v2.2 ;[ ).

This phone does not have a built in compass. You will have to download it from the Android market {it is free }.

No HTC phones do not get stuck often. Infact i have had it for a month and it has not gotten stuck at all. And my bro has HTC phones for over 2 years and he says its fine.

The video player that is inbuilt is fine. It plays good for me. But if you can go download some other player from android mark ( if it has ) or some other websites like mobile9.com || Zedge.com

It has an inbuilt spell checker as well as word suggestion as you type. Very very good while typing text messages or other stuff in the internet.

I have also done this but it is good for me. No problems there. Try taking the pic in a better light and see if it helps.

One of the horrible pda made by HTC buy HTC desire or desire HD I'm personally use all this phones nothing like desire HD or samsung galaxy S

hi people, im really into my phones, i consider myself quite a geeky person, the wildfire looks like a good buy to me......i just have one question, from reading reviews this word android keeps popping up...? what does it mean????

avoid this phone its pants, processor too slow,and screen res is terrible and battery pap too, its ok if ur a kid but who does not like games because this phone will not play any its too slooooowwww. FACT I HAD ONE :-)

I just bought the cp one week ago, i tried to use it for internet bye using sim, I already opened all necessary applications just to make connections, but it was not successfull, I tried to use my old cp but its working. There is something wrong with HTC wildfire model.

listen people.. was crazy about this phone.. gt this 3 days back.. and nw all that crazyness has faded away...
.. as i said gt it 3 days days.. 1st day cell usage was awesum.. i put it n charge for the rest f da night.. ..........next morning i wake up and it has been fully chard, no suprises there.. bt i start using my internet through edge and wolla! , the whole battery drains after 4 hrs f continues usage f net. i had 2 charge it twice n the 2nd day itself.. and nw today i wake up i m having network prbs. the bar is ful bt i cant txt r call r even chek my bal.. i tried switching it off and on again nd again bt the prblem persists.. i M a student , nd i saved 4 months 2 get this phone,..appartently, i gues i hav made the wrng choice with this 1 :(

To all you ppl who have doubts on the froyo update. Android has promised that all Eclair phones which were released in 2010 WILL HAVE A FROYO UPDATE BEFORE THE END OF FEBRUARY!
