At first, im quite impress with its touch screen, it is quite responsive. And I like the lift-to-mute technology on this mode, im hoping other brands have this interface.
What I hate from from my HTC Wildfire is when everytime i want to sync my phone to install an application (games), the "htc sync" i downloaded from htc.com and installed on my pc (win xp), it is really hard... why? because it cannot detect my phone, i followed the instructions and troubleshooting, i uninstall and reinstall the "sync", it still not working!!! Yes, it worked but only 2 times, after that when i want to install again or sync again, still cannot detect my phone.
My phone is 99% in good condition, never been dropped or get wet. Is it the software problem? Is it compatible for win xp? Or other HTC model also having difficulty with syncing their phone? Shoud I go to a service center?

This phone is good as seen from the ratings given is gsmarena site. But please please don't buy it..reason (a)Screen resolution is bad (b)Reacts very slowly when you want to open or delete some msgs (c)Once switched off, it takes hell a lot of time to open (d)Signal catching strength is very poor (e)Sometime touch screen doesn't respond when taking or rejecting a call (f)Battery back is very poor(less than 24 hours even if you have used only for making calls, forget about exploring android applications

Really a great phone for the price, however to anyone interested be careful. The cpu is average and it has no GPU, the low resolution screen is also annoying. Because of this some apps dont work as desired and others are just unavailable.
I have this phone for 14 months until it broke, it's served me well and is a great phone for the price. I'm moving on to the U8800 Ideos X5 and hope for another positive android experience.
