It's comparable to the Nokia C3, 90/100 euro. Based on specs the HTC looks to be a better deal though.

i think this is seventh phone of Htc that release with Helio 22.
all devices in front that mention to them, they using p22 or p23, even companys like oukitel & doogee star releasing phones with Helio p60, 6/128...4000...4400...for 119$ in low-end midranges level.

it's very old chipset...i don't think it cost much money... just a bit

No SD865.
No Dedicated second sim slot.
Only 4GB RAM, needs at least 8GB.
Tiny 64GB, needs at least 256GB.
Glass or aluminium back needed too.
6000mah battery would be a bonus.
Offer the above, then take my money... :P
