very good bought it today to replace my Wildfire. The phone is a bit smaller but the screen is a bit bigger bc of no trackpad. resolution doubled! good!

thought of buying htc wildfire this weekend, after knowing wildfire s....i have to wait for it mainly for its hvga resolution....i know about the old wildfire where the screen resolution is the major disadvantage....now this with hvga resolution is surely going to rock the market....this will be the best mid-range android fone in india

guys, if u are interested in buying this phone,check the htc salsa also once.htc salsa and wildfire s have the same configuration.
Salsa has a 3.4 inch screen and a video call camera...but htc didnt include a GPS reciever.seems strange...

go for wildfire S. its better than wildfire and the price difference is also not too much. The resolution was the main problem in Wildwife which has been improved in Wildfire S

Hey thought the screen resolution is increase the color is decreased to 256k but in wild fire its 16mk right? so will d display clarity be reduced?

does this phone have a front facing camera?
I saw images in a few websites which have a front facing camera.
When i opened the htc website,they didnt mention about a secondary camera.
In htc salsa specs they did mention it has a secondary camera.
So,may be the final version of this phone may lack a front facing cam...time tells.i've kept my fingers crossed

Looks v.good. Some design changes/beautification compared to current wildfire model,they removed that joystick kind of button and gave single solid color on back side. Even screen pixel also increased(320×480 pixels). It has not yet arrived in shops in India.
Tomorrow I was supposed to buy current wildfire model. Now totally confused after seeing this 1. LOL.

What is HTC doing? What about the normal HTC Wildfire A3333. Why don't they do something about there operating system of the older Wildfire modal A3333.The people who have the HTC Wildfire A3333 the old modal are now in loss as HTC is not going to do any changes in the older HTC Wildfire modal.

Does this phone has front camera for video calling. GSM Arena says it has, But I haven't found it on official HTC website.
