the 3.2" screen is DEAL BREAKER for me. I won't take anything smaller than 3.5". Also, it doesn't have SWYPE,so texting will be slow.
I currently have a Samsung Galaxy Ace -- 800 mhz, 3.5" screen, with 2.2.1 froyo plus. I couldn't be happier.

royism , 07 Mar 2011between wildfire s and the old wildfire which one is better... moresurely the previous wildfire is better in terms of screen(16 million colours) and also supports multi touch input method, but this one packs a android 2.3 gingerbread OS, which is the latest in the market......

I have the HTC wildfire and I can't figure out how to get to SD card it has SD and phone storage but I downloaded something and I can't find it. please help me find it

I found out that HTC WILDFIRE S HAS A MULTI-TOUCH SUPPORT. AWESOME RYT? I saw one of the demo video at MWC 2011 AND IT DOES PINCH ZOOMING while the person whose using it while he's browsing!! So probably it has a multi-touch support! Definitely this is now my dream phone and i hope ill get the chance to have one this year. This is really awesome device. So cute!!

I saw the video of HTC MWC 2011, John Wang, HTC chief marketing officer say that the htc wildfire s have SLCD screen and HVGA resolution. is it true? can anyone comfirm it? why nobody say that it is using SLCD and i found that some of the china mobile phone website say that it comes with SLCD and HVGA resolution. I hope what john wang say is true cause hope it have a good resolution and screen. sry for my broken english.

can it be that Wildfire S has GPRS 114 k and EDGE 560 k, when actual values are 32-48 k for GPRS and 384 k for EDGE ?

nick, 27 Feb 2011My old wildfire is tad better than this one....Be serious, old Wildfire has 320*240 resolution, this new has 320*480, it is double resolution than old Wildfire
