Yes it is one of the good Mobile Phone i've ever used and i am totally satisfied with it just because of XDA and dev working on marvel..
i really share my experience with this phone, internal memory can increase at 1GB and processor can overclock @ frequency of 825Mhz..
My best experienced phone at the moment:-D

@Bhowmik Did you not see the phone reviews and tests on YouTube before buying it? Here's a tip though: If you want to increase the battery life, then go to Settings > Applications > Running Applications and close unneeded applications. The battery life will last much longer. (The battery life of my Wildfire S is 4-6 hours, pretty decent)

Anonymous, 23 Oct 2012hi fnds, can anyone tel me when comparing samsung ace and wi... moredude... go for htc wildfire s... m using galaxy ace and wildfire s both since last 2 months. though htc hv low processor than ace but still its wrking better. the makers of htc are very intelligent guys, they kept processor low and in order to avoid any kind of disturbance in processing they kept the screen size low to 3.2 in comparison to ace 3.5.. but believe me that screen size isnt an issue, 3.2 is well enough to enjoy videos, moreover htc videos and color resolution is higher than ace.. u can easily see the difference by putting the same wallpaper on both the phones, i did this test so m sure of what i m saying... lastly, the build quality of htc is awesome, its got elegance, it surely looks lyk u hv spent good money on it, and build quality of samsung is poor, plasticky.. :( .. micromax's 5k phones looks better than ace.. in looks wildfire is a complete winner... atlast i would lyk to tell u about a feature that will kickout ace out of the scenario, RAM is a very important part of evry android phone and htc got 512 mb RAM while ace hv only 256... though htc hv low processor, 150 mhz less than ace but its RAM is just double of it.. so it completly beats ace in performance, colors and the touch of htc is the best aftr iphones, htc is one of the oldest cmpany that is wrking on touch technology. Their touch experince is superb... :)
thats all i can say, now u can buy what ever you like, but if u r going for htc wildfire s then plz go for white color phone, it looks awesome.. :) all the best. :)

It's been possible to "root" this phone for a long time. Rooting the phone allows you to install an app that allows you to link apps to the SD card which massively increases space for apps.

But if you get it wrong rooting can brick you phone!!!
Link for rooting guide, then link for for moving apps
