Well, out of the box it's not very good. But after tweaking around abit, you can get 1GB internal and 825Mhz. It's still not that great, but hey it's still better than 150mb :)

              What's bad:
              0. Internal memory - Only 150MB user available after Android
              1. FM does not have clarity
              2. Mobile Network data plan wont work on roaming sometimes if you require a different "Settings" since HTC will discard them

Other than these, good enough for the price it is in

Took my phone back to the telstra shop but no luck with a credit or refund. It has been sent back for repair for the second time! Rang Dept of Commerce (formerly consumer affairs) and was told if the phone still has problems when I get it back then I'm entitled to a credit. Will keep you posted ppl!

I've had great fun with my Wildfire S. Not least because it works well and is small enough to fit inside your pocket. Battery power does go down, so application selection is a factor. For a larger format screen and easier interface with larger keyboard, the HTC One V is a good bet.

Very disappointed in my wildfire, the battery has been replaced with no better results. I'm charging it twice a day and the battery is going flat without the phone even being used! The telstra shop tell me its because it has a bright screen and also I have apps and the alarm set. I'm taking it back today and asking for a credit to get bsomething else as this phone is too unreliable

I bought this phone, going for all the 'stuff' bells and whistles and the advertised mind-bending time the battery lasts (on standby) and talk etc.
What a load of lies - it winds down in less than 12 hours. USELESSS. For that alone I would say to potential buyers DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.
