I have used this phone for few months. Many problems occurred. The windows phone apps are limited and sucks. I downloaded line and all the messages sent by the official accounts are always not supported by this phone. The phone hangs alot and I have to press the power off for few seconds for it to restart. The power off key is going to spoil and I didn't do anything to it. The memory can only afford a few apps. Overall this is a bad phone.

I have being using this phone for last 2 years.
problems that I came across:
1. Whenever you install facebook app (not the browser), it hangs for no reason.
2. The memory is very low that you cannot install more apps. This is the worst draw back about this phone.
Otherwise this phone works fine.

I received windows 8.1 update long back , but sorry to hear I couldn't download 8.1 update 1 which gives the folders option...as far I say HTC is the key role in designing and guaranty assured phone's...people r still don't know that HTC released windows platform mobiles they just know about Lumia ...😊

I have this phone ... and its a complete waste not worth of money and ya no upgrades of windows 8.1 and ya camera is ohkay better in 5 mp. sound is worst on loudspeaker but when u connect headphones get ready to get rocked .. i guess BEATS AUDIO IS great ..!! prefer not to buy this try lumia

Hi, am using the 8s since 1 year, the performance is excellent then android phones.
. but i have the problem is that when i download the pdf files it doesn't opening through the inbuilt ms office app.. That app is not supporting any type of pdf files... So plz anyone help me...

I am using HTC 8S windows phone in one year. Only the probelm is Almost phone memory using for system files. So we cannot install more space using games and apps. Internal memory is 4GB. but we can use only about 1GB. Otherwise this phone is good performance and good looking.
