I purchased new phone from branded store after two month use, the screen display has gone.The phone is under one year warranty period immediately I contacted to customer service the told no warranty for the screen display and they are asking 580.0 SR for service but new phone cost is 599.0SR.I feel very poor service from company and phone also. So my advise to all guy do not purchase any mobile from Huawei company due to his performance.- Ashok Maurya

this is a very good phone, with good features.. if you buy any famous brand(Apple, Samsung or Sony)with same features it will cost double like this.. i brought this with 2 year waranty from Sri Lanka only Rs.21500/-..

i bought this phone day before yesterday and today it stucked and stopped working. I can't switch it on even. Feel like waste of money now. :( . but for these two days it worked perfectly. :(

if you have problem with your calls(your voice did not sent to other line) you must remove viber..thats it..happy new year

Hi guys need advice when using headset for voice call i can hear the caller voice but they cannot hear me no matter how loud d volume is. Is it d handset problem kos i use d headset for my Xperia J no problem for calls. Happy New Year guys
