Been using and testing this device for a few days now. The thing in the specifications that is wrong (please fix the information) this phone is not capable of shooting 720p videos, maximum size is VGA. Here are some good sides and the bad sides in my opinion:
Good:
-Camera flash is very bright.
-Quite large screen (4.5 inches) is not pixelated, it 's crisp, the IPS pannel delivers nice colors and viewing angles.
-Rear facing camera satisfied my needs, again it depends on user, when held still it makes some decent shots.
-Plastic body, but a nice premium feel overall.
-Call quality in 3G is nice, there is a noise cancelling mic on the back.
-It can handle some graphics-hungry games with no or a little bit of lag.
-Searching the web via wifi is a pleasant experience.
Bad sides:
-Lack of at least HD video recording.
-VGA front camera, could be better or have higher resolution.
-The speaker for media playback is not so loud, but enough for me, though the sound of the headphones is poor, pretty silent comparing to eg. Samsung and does not support much of a bass. A big disappointment for a music fanatic like me.
-Lack of smoothness in some areas of the emotion UI 1.0, I don't know if an update can fix this.
-I expected 1Gb of RAM on a performer as this device is, and it performs well when having enough of RAM available. 512Mb is just too low.
To conclude, I think this is a capable phone that lacks some features but an ordinary user can be satisfied using this phone while slowly collecting money for a much better phone.

I bought this on the 11.09.2013 First day of using i had to charge it two times (Obliviously because i used a lot)
When i use it with 10% brightness i can keep the battery up to 12 Hours on a working day (Approximately 30 min gaming, 30 min browsing, 3 hour music few phone calls few msgs and 1 hour of just using the phone)
Satisfied with the battery( But could have been better)
Play store stopped working one day after purchase(But i fixed it by restoring to factory settings)
Skype works fine,When using Viber make sure to install the older version
Call quality is good
you have to close all the applications by keeping holding the home batten(It dose't close when you press the back key)
This is all i can say after using the phone for two days,I will provide you with a better user review in about another two weeks.
At the end what i have to say is this is the best phone that you can buy at this price range so i recommend you to buy this phone
Do't buy the y300 it's screen the small when compaired with the G510
I got a two year hardware and software warranty for the phone....

I got this phone from the market..it works fine..wifi , video and apps all are good..i just have one problem..i cant make long call..i mean after 15 or 20 mins ,the other person cant hear me..so i have to disconnect the call and call again..is it a problem with my network or its the phone..plz answer if there is a way to fix it..

eam, 12 Sep 2013I just got the phone from sun postpaid. But signal is not g... moreOf course, if your mobile phone carrier is with Sun, then it must be terrible. Your phone will not be able to get 3G or HSDP data connection. That will only give you EDGE. And Sun network really sucks!

I just got the phone from sun postpaid. But signal is not good.. Signal went out when entering a room. Its not reliable... It can also hardly detect wifi connection.. I returned this to sun and requesting for a replacement..

What makes it cheap ? Batt life, all other features works fine but batt sucks! It heats up easily even just browsing for couple of minutes. I shud have chose samsung than this :(

We had this phone on plan with globe 399 on Aug26,2013 , based on using the phone it's awesome ,swiping & scrolling is good unlike other android phones that you have to swipe hard lol...it's speed is good my kids enjoyed playing games like,candy crush,temple run,project y etc, yeah it heats up a bit like for 1minute after that it will gone while charging but i think it's normal doesn't bother me much, ,I charge it 2 times a day coz my kids keeps on playing on it I charge it in morning and again in evening. But it's really a nice phone and we loved it
