I'm using this phone since 9 months...but unfortunately frm last week there is a problem with my phone... my phone over heats when it not in use and battery getting drain faster in 2 hours...and the another problem is that when I connect charger it won't charge..but it shows charging.. if I switch off it .it will charge... can anyone plz suggest me a solution.. from yesterday I found that, phone starts to hang...not updating my gallery with new pics and videos that I added..

help me please.. i dont know but i think i my casing pressed the volume button and power and the same time now it says.. in the upper left huawei recovery 1.0 and in the middle is the percentage plus below it is "huawei software installing" donot press power and remove batt.. i dont know what to do..

I'm thinking about getting this phone atm.. I've had both iPhone 4 and Samsung galaxy s3 both died as both were second hand but I'm just looking for something to run my 4g off for social media, run a few games and watch sky go/YouTube... This looks like a good phone and for the price?? Seems to be too good to be true??

i use this phone for 1 year , it is a wonderful mobile and very good performance with low price , it has many features like ( fast capturing of iamges by pressing twice on volume button , draw the letter (C) while it is closed it will open camera and (W) opens weather --- (M) music--(e) browser , gloves mode , magazine unlock that changes the lockscreen every time you lock the mobile , change the wallpaper when shaking the phone , unlock it by touching twice on screen , and lock it by touch an icon in it to save the power button , lock it by cover screen by your hand , OTG mode, do not disturb mode , you can change the arrangement of navigation bar and add notification panel bottun and more and more
and you can say it did not lag with me .
tottaly it is a great phone with low price .

I think these type of phones were made for Kitkat. Better think twice.

This phone seemed like a very versatile option beginning with the 3 types of data connection, which switch through 3G, LTE & 4G. Everything works fine, internet access, apps, cameras are surprisingly good, and they have features I wasn't expecting, HOWEVER, when it comes to making calls, and managing your contacts... OMG!!!
Stupid phone will get you killed, if you are trying to dial 911 or ANYONE! The phone -app- sucks, big time. It freezes, it "updates" contacts 3-4 times a day when you least expect it -or you most need to make a call- and there is no setting to disable this updates. It won't save new contacts right away either, so in the beginning, I'd think I had saved someone's number and walk away, just to realize stupid phone had froze, and no changes had been made. That's a big dealbreaker, if you want this phone to become your personal assistant, so think twice before getting it. If anyone has an idea, on how to fix this or update the FW manually, do tell, please.

Also the battery performance has decreased with lollipop and phone heats up more than it used to be.

Don't update to lollipop .Many bugs are there.Use the version that came with your phone. That suits your phone best. Also performance hasn't that much changed. Only the api level increased from 19 to 22. But that isn't a problem because all apps run on KitKat.
