Huawei is the world's worst after sales provider for the consumers who switch to Huawei just on the basis of good brand name and catchy advertisements of their mobile phones. This observation is purely based upon my personal experience of purchasing the Same Brand, Same model within a period of just 7 days only (Feb 1 2014 and then Feb 6 2014) and facing the same complaint due to which I bought the 2nd model just because I loved the 1st feel of the G700-U10 !!!
I approached the Guarantee Offic (Service folks) M/s Muller & Phipps here in Gulberg, Lahore and they were unable to figure it out TWICE rather gave lame excuses that they would keep the mobile phone for couple of days and sort out the matter.
My Issue is mind baffling : The phone would never stop vibrating !!! no matter what you do. You name the solution and Ive tried all. Strangest thing is that the vibration mode could remain off unless the screen is lit. As soon as the screen goes off, after some times, the screen would wake up with RING + VIBRATION again. Best evidence was of night when I slept happy one day that now my Huawei G700-U10 is working fine. But next morning I woke up with this morning sickness of same behaviour of RING + VIBRATION.
The device is great unquestionably but I highly recommend not to buy this to anyone because just a feel good phone gives the worst hangover one could get from buying a faulty firmware phone. I switched from Samsung and HTC. And what a poor decision to move to a poor Brand with no sense for a customer's complaint and very unfriendly staff at the Guarantee centre who know Jack to troubleshoot this issue.
Now if anyone could come up with any solution then Im sure my email would choke up because I have tried every bit and corner with the same model, same brand within 7 days.
I highly NOT RECOMMEND buying Ascend G700-U10 or for that matter any Huawei phone because these phones have bugs in their UIs and brainbugs in the buttheads of people responsible for addressing customer's issues.

Its really a wholesome package having good screen resolution, ability to run heavy games, back camera is also good. Only front camera lacks a bit but the phone is being offered at very competitive price. I would say its better than sony & samsung phones which are being offered at even 100USD above its price so go for it.

This model need an update to improve camera quality and other features. Have someone any idea regarding new firmware update? Further there is no such forum for huawei g700 where we can discuss about problems, features updates etc.

If you guys are looking for a dual Sim smartphone I recommend this to you all... It has 2 GB of ram, quad core processor, an SD card slot, viewing angles are great and the screen is like scratch resistant coz I' ve been using this for a month and a half as my daily driver and I haven't' seen any scratch on it without any screen protector on it... And it's kinda durable coz mine feel three times already and still the performance is great good as new... Just suffered some scuffs and no screen scratches.. I would say Huawie has a future..just given the promotional status like Samsung, then Huawie will be known all over the world like the Samsung does.

Swayam, 30 Jan 2014I'm using this phone right now. And suprisingly huawei does... moreI have this phone for about a month and a half now.. Google play store works fine.. I actually downloaded heavy games like real racing 3, temple run 2, blood and glory, beach buggy blitz and any other intensive graphics games and it works just perfectly fine. It is far more better than any Samsung brand phones. I actually love it..

If Huawei guys are reading this, its time Huawei change their policy using poor quality cameras on their othetwise good devices. This is especially true about g700, where the camera spoils all the fun.

Hi.. I already bought it yesterday .. its working fine and the performance is excelent as well the touch..only the camera its low .. thanks a lot to all how recommaned me to get it.. over all it great phone with good price. I recommand it to any one looking for dual sim...
