bebi, 13 May 2016i bought hauwei MT2 just 3 days ago but the phone will shut... moreAsk your friend to borrow their phone or something and put your sim card in if you need to call or text someone. Make sure their phone uses a micro-sim card.
This is a problem with your unit, you can probably send it back and get a refund or get it replaced. You wouldn't have this problem with another one.

i bought hauwei MT2 just 3 days ago but the phone will shut down instantly with out any reason or ma awareness i have to tried to format (factory reset ) it but still it happens . i tried to boot it a couple of times after it shuts but it shows me a green orange and red color at the notification pt.
i charged it until it gates full before first use and i dont think it is related to the battery .
please some body help me i cant communicate with any one please*100

Works great on ... moreCan'it really support 5.1 Android I have Cricket and every smartphone I've had always has 5.0 and there are many bugs and the battery sucks and dies within 2 to 3 hours even a brand new battery 5.0 has major glitches and every phone that I thought was good I will work on Cricket will not update to 5.1 if this phone on her percent will update to 5.1 I should buy it

From LG G-Vista to 1st GSM Unlocked.. we will never go back.. wife was amazed on battery life.. she's hooked.. and happy.. therefore im happy and at peace. Camera quality is great once focused.. which is pretty much my only complaint. The camera is slow to focus in either still or video mode. I wish is was faster more reliable. Connecting to post-paid plan on Tmobile USA was easy as 1-2-3 no issues..up and running in minutes. I've recommended this to all my associates.

The battery life of the blu studio energy 2 on 3g is 48h and 72h on 2g, while for this phone, its only 24h on 3g....

I just updated my mate 2 mt-l05 to lollipop and I had lots of problems but factory resetting fixed all of them, now the phone is much more smother and ui looks nicer and have some more options like showing the data speed, and I think battery lasts longer, thanks Huawei

i updated my mate 2 4g to the 5.1 lollipop but i notice the camera starts to hich seems laggy not recording at full frames whats wrong? id be aiming the camera at one object if i try to move and point at something els its still aiming at the first object then in a sec or so it then realizes that theres another object .Is it that the frames are being dropped or something is it a bug with the os or what?, let me no whats up .jelly records videos beautifully but 5.1 is laggy when recording whats happening

my hua mate, my phone still showing along huawei logo animation and cant open the phone..phone is getting heat and battery down to low because cant switch off the phone..now it s offed low battery showing red light.. i downloaded some font apk app and then after happened this..now i cant do anything its saying phone is locked state and fail,,no update file cant format..what happen to internal android OS...its deleted or destroyed??? i don't know.. i try reset factory option several times but still running animation logo..i think this my fault because that bad font app downloaded..i try everything but cant do anything..once i rooted my phone,now all deleted formatted, have 2 years warranty until this November...can phone service man find about my root and fault..can they will cancel my warranty??? pl help me to fix my phone by my own hand...can i fix this fault in phone,boot option or my computer,or any method pl....tell me immediately

To date the phone still works like it did since day one.
My only real advice on using it is do not use a rubber protector in really hot environments like Arizona, new Mexico, and Nevada. This will cause the phone to over heat.
You can now buy this phone for under $200.00 at Walmart online and get a two year warranty.
