Yes..precisely..trust me if ure going to get a phone anytime now..dont think further..just grab Oppo R7 plus...specs wise just better than huawei ascend mate 7...just got for my wife a few days back..simply a elegant and sexy fone in all aspects...be it screen...clarity...performance..looks...etc..and also charging capabilities...damn fast..i should say...and b4 ending...would like to mention that i myself will be getting Oppo R7 plus...Cheers...

Lollipop is here, its easy to update, just download the file from the link given by gsmarena, put the dload folder in the root directory of sd card, do a local update in the settings, wait for the updateto finish, and do a reset using power+up volume. That's how i updated using the official lollipop release. Im running tl10 version from philippines. Wifi is great, ui is better, playing coc is a great experience. The problem with mate 7 ever since is the charging time... If don't have this phone yet and wanted to get this, i would much rather recommend you buy oppo r7 plus due to its fast charging technology, 64 bit architecture, excellent camera, oled display...

Hello guys! I updated to 5.1.1. Overall performance is much smoother, no more stutter while scroling webpages and watching high quality videos, I guess it is because of ART java VM. UI looks a bit more polished. My Antutu benchmark score increased from average of 44500 to 46900. I am very happy with this update. HOW I DID IT: Conect Huawei to PC. Download update from Huawei support Malaisya region to PC, DON'T extract or unzip it, just get into the folder and copy "dload" folder to the internal memory of the phone "download folder", or to your sd card. Then go to setings, sisthem update, and choose to update localy. Thats it.

Jafar basmalah, 22 Oct 2015I have been using mate 7 for six months.. I have never face... morethere is something probably wrong with your charger, i faced this problem on my s3. if that doesn't work then maybe your charging port is damaged.

U can directly upgrade to 5.1.1.
U can download the zip file from www.carbontesla.com and update it locally
I did the same and now using lollipop 5.1.1 on my mate 7 MT7-TL10.
Go to setting--updater--menu--local update.
There isn't any loss to the device if u upgrade ur s/w version from kitkat to lollipop.

Update to lollipop is pretty impressiv.. But i have a problem I'm facing now, my WiFi connection is not working whenever I connected to a Bluetooth device.. I am playing with my Bluetooth speaker on YouTube but now it's not possible.. Any same problem you are facing? Just try and let me know.. Thank you
