i am using it since 2015, it was nice till 2 months back at which time i have difficulties on charging. the pin is not accepting charge and eventhough it shows signal as if its charging, it doesn;t charge for real and finally become off. i couldn;t get acessory easly nearby.

Please I update to 5.1.1 lollipop on my mate 7, but some function are not working anymore..... Please how can I go back to my kitkat.....

I have been using this phone since Sep 2015. I picked this phone at USD 380 which was a discounted price during GITEX in Dubai. Display is big and beautiful with sharp, vivid colors and less bezels (78% phone made in Oct 2014). Much criticized EMUI software is easier to use than Sammy's touchwiz and Xiaomi's convoluted MIUI. EMUI has additional useful features which is not available in stock android. Built quality is very good if not outstanding. Battery life (4100 mAh) was super until I updated to Android 6 after which I assume drop of 10-15% screen time. On the downside, Camera is poor; colors are too pale with yellow tint and pictures are very noisy in indoor lighting. Audio is loud but lacks quality. There was no over the air update from Android 4 to 6, so I had to download the firmware from Huawei website. No Noughat update is also disappoints. However, considering the price point at which I picked this phone, it was an excellent buy.

i had been using this phone since 2015.. so far its a great phone.android 6.0 is good .. no complaints so far. fast phone esp on youtube and browsing..love this phone for 3 years already

Absolute junk, Typical huawei bad software, no updates and a poor user experience, laggy phone, spend the extra and buy a used 6s plus !

This firmware is only for Middle East and Africa, and not Europe or Asia.

You can also download Full Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware from the Stechguide website. The link for the C185B560 MT7-TL10 full firmware for Middle east and Africa, downloads from the Huawei website.

I have upgraded my MT7-TL10 Gold from lollipop to Marshmallow B560 using the advice from the Ministryofsolutions website for Middle East and North Africa region. Battery life improved.
I have in the past had to replace the CPU and LCD screen. It seems to be a problem for MT7-TL10.
The hardware is good for the price. B560 update gives more value to the EMUI and software. There is no official nougat for this phone.

Huawei not keep the promise
Today, 14th August, 2017, still running Android 4.1.2. No further upgrade available. No USB audio. Although the phone hardware still strong, the software obsoleted. No more Huaiwei.
"Android 4.4.2 (KitKat), upgradable to 5.1.1 (Lollipop), planned upgrade to 6.0 (Marshmallow)"

can someone help me, im using mate 7 with build no. MT7-TL10C185B560, 32gb memory running on EMUI 4.0 and Android 6.0 the internal memory almost running low though i only have 6 apps which i downloaded from the playstore. how can i free my memory. the apps already been stored on SD Card. thanks in advance

In downloaded file there is a file named dload copy it to your SD card.
On your phone go to settings-updater and select local update.
Updating will start immediately penitently grab a cup of coffee and wait.
