Finger print scanner...Huawei Ascend Mate7's claim to Fame...10/10 No doubt its the bestest feature of Mate 7...extremly accurate...Huawei has put in some great technology (Swedish) in designing and implementing finger print scanner on this device...Instead of punching ur pin code or password on ur screen for like 50 times a day u just place ur finger on the scanner and voila ur screen comes alive....i really cant praise enough of this feature regarding Mate7. Excellent reading feedback of ur finger impression....waaay better and accurate then Note4's Galaxy S5's and iphone's inbuilt with physical home button scanner

Detailed review of this device after using it for 10 days (I'm using Amber Gold 32gb version)
Design 9.5/10...Huawei has no doubt surpassed anyother big shots like Samsung or Apple in design category...beautiful metal finish...zero bezels look stunning...the device feels and looks v v premium...a real beauty i would say in looks and overall design.
Screen: 8.5/10... Absolutely Gorgerous screen..vivid,crisp colors, v good sunlight visibility...but just in case if u are a samsung user and use to of super amoled screens with their deep blacks are over saturated colors then u might take some time to get use to IPS display of ascend mate 7....one imp thing to mention here is that touch of mate 7 isnt as fluid as u might see on a high end Samsung, Apple or Sony device...
SOftware & User Interface....8.5/10: coming from samsung's heavy touch wiz and forever use to of having an app drawer surprisingly huawei's EMUI wasnt THAT hard to get use to (despite having some really negative comments from some seasoned reviewers) huawei has kept the user interface minimilistic and very clean...comes with few preinstalled apps like phone manager (which with one single tap kills all the unnecessary apps and tasks running in the background and cleans the junk files also) harassment filter to block unwanted calls and messages...themes (one can download many others in the themes app) and customize it to ur liking. NO lag or strutter was observed even playing the heaviest of games or having several apps running in the background at once.
Camera...Rear Cam...7/10...front 6.5/10 i was a little dispappointed with the camera performance on mate 7. The pics arnt that sharp, doesnt capture alot of detail specially the front cam...front 5mp pics when enlarged become really very fuzzy/blurry with alot of noise and colors are a bit on the bland side, not very crisp or vibrant as seen on Note 4 which i might add is only 3.7mp compared to Mate 7's 5mp...perhaps its something to do with the sensor quality....so for those selfie obsessed ppl this device might not just meet ur high expectations...
Battery: 6.5-7/10...for me folks one of the major reasons for buying this device was rave battery reviews...but ALAAASSSS it has been a major let down for me...since i was expecting 2 days of battery time like huawei claimed it would last...but my cell only lasts like 14-15 hrs on heavy usage with 5-6hrs of Screen ON time...and with moderate use it would give me around 19-20hrs when my battery reaches around 35-40%... Probably i have been given some faulty device or something....need to get it checked from my dealer...Although i have already factory reset the device once, thinking probably some background app is hogging the battery but still no improvement...standby time of this cell isnt that great either compared to other phablets like Note series....
Overall Rating: 7.5/10
So there u have it guys detailed pros and cons of this beautiful device...

Its really more than expected.. Bright screen. Loooooong battery.fast and sharp camera and its great with macro pictures. Convenient one hand use. Huawei Android (EMUI interface) is the most powerful and very practical with daily activities.. Better resciving for weak signals. Wonderful experience in games and watching videos and reading .. Finger print in the back is very useful.and the visitor mode is really an achievement. Controlling the background apps and close all or clean the device with one touch I really like it. I recommend Mate 7 with dual SIM card

If you used slot 2 for SD card then it would be a single SIM phone.
