1. Battery: condidering the mate 7's 4100mah battery, the batt life is quite low. Its lasting only 1 day for me of moderate use.
2. Touchscreen: i noticed that as time goes by, the response time for the touch screen and/or apps is becoming longer. I don't know why, as i have not installed any other apps.
3. Fingerprint scanner: i don't get the fuzz about the scanner. Yeah it scans so fast, but only when you get it right. Sometimes, the scanner does not scans at all, sometimes it gets the finger wrong.
Fyi, above are my experiences in using the phone for more than one month now. So you got to respect this post. To that guy who constantly disagrees with the negative reviews of this phone, i say to you that you are not the sole owner of this phone and you don't have the exclusivity of opinions. Thanks.

Quite disappointed with its battery performance as I run a test by letting it power on and idle (with Google Now on, i. e. "OK Google" search ready), it spends around 10% battery power for every 3 hours.
I m not sure how Kirin (Huawei processor) efficiency performance, but the phone may not respond instantly sometimes on your touching (just sometimes) and wonder its actual response speed has gone, as I still have more than 1.5GB RAM availability?? Its fingerprint unlock functional/scanning, sometimes may not sense ur finger/takes more than 1 second for screen unlocking.
Anothet thing to note is its back skin is really smooth n slippery. Whether it's advantage/disadvantage, shall depend on ur daily usage.
That's the major feelings to point out, on my few weeks usage experiences. I think Huawei is a wonder firm and this is my first time to own its phone/usage - still thinking Huawei shall be a wonder firm/smartphone maker, although with abovementioned not well experiences.

Your Chip-set Hi Silicon Kirin 925 is not a battery friendly processor.
...
An LG G2 with 3000mAh is having endurance of 81h..
Kindly make a technical analysis of this thing on your phone and resubmit the endurance rating or introduce a qualcomm version of this phone !!!!

The price of this phone is only half of that phone's price but Mate 7 has more features and clearer camera than that overpriced basic phone.
