Huawei USA has just announced it will not longer support the Mate 2 which was just released 4 months ago in the US. No KitKat and no Lollipop. this company does not support its phones, stay away from them !!

I bought this set from China last week but while I m in Bangladesh & inserting Grameenphone 3g sim with 3g connectivity its showing 2g network but I can use same sim card in my Sony xperia as 3g need urgent help.

next questions :

Where can I get the official latest FIRMWARE ( if exist ) ? only on their website ?

How often do they Upgrading their FIRMWARE ?

I can only upgrading via phone WIFI or can I upgrade via desktop using USB cable ?

if the process is easy enough like I do with my SAMSUNG, I might consider buying this Phone :)
