The sound quality(listening music) is just horrible. Even if u attach a good quality headphone it just sounds really bad. Otherwise the phone itself is cool.

Before purchasing Huwawei P6 I was using Samsung S3. With the samsung I could paste numbers in a USSD session unfortunately is not possible with P6.

Anyone with the same issue?

Hi guys.. I just own this p6 for 12 days it is a very good fone, design is good everything is good until i update its version to b125 to kitkat 4.4.2 (b506 EUI 2.0) and i notice that the data connectivity is not working. Cannot connect to the internet, and its only 2g ang 3g.. The H+ is not there anymore.. Only 3g and 2g.. No mobile data at all.. Only wifi.. Please anyone can help how to fix this???

the set is smart in look. fast and good battery and camera.weaknesses are
i. it is fragile, once fall from hand then its back cover is half open.
ii. google contacts are not synchronized even automatic sync is on and internet is connected through wifi. correct me if i am wrong.

can someone teach me how to upgrade my phone into b125 firmware, i realy need a step by step procedure anyone who knows a link/blog where i could see a step by step procedure, I'm scared it could break my phone if i didnt do it in the right way, i just bought it. thanks alot.

Excellent value for money phone, perfect size for me, not too big( I find the 5" phones a bit big and 4.3 and below a bit small), slim not too heavy and a decent 2000ma battery with which I can get 3 days standby with minimal useage and a few hours with heavy browsing, downloading and gaming.

I have previously owned a Sony Xperia P and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. I am a moderate business class user and use the music player at gym. I'm satisfied with all aspects of the phone.
What I particularly like are the following features:
Slim and good 2000 ma battery for decent sized phone - not too big.
Easy to switch off Wi-Fi, bluetooth , data and to turn data down to 2g to conserve battery along with preset power management options.
Clean and straightforward UI with minimal bloatware.
Great built in security features allowing management of what apps run at startup( previously had to use 3rd party software and it could not disable all), as well as managing apps running in the background and most importantly, controlling which apps have access to my contacts and location data.
The Hisuite PcSynching software is simple and straightforward to use over cable and Wi-Fi and does not have all the hindering update checks and constraints that I encountered with other manufacturers software, contacts seem to synch both ways, so outlook updates are changed on the phone and vice-versa, and the control over how, what and where to things are synched for music, pictures is perfect for me.
I'm really happy with the phone, no overheating,, occasional keyboard glitches that I have. Sometimes when switching between 2g and 3g it takes time to pick up the data signal, but switching data off and back on resolves that quickly.
Thanks to all who wrote reviews that helped me decide.

I've been using this handset model for about 6 weeks already. Overall, I'm content with it. A few setbacks I've noticed and I'm not sure if my experience is an isolated case.
1) It states that it's CPU is quad-core, similar to Samsung's Galaxy S4 but gaming apps are much slower in P6 than in S4. This is also true if I compare it to iPhone 4S.
2) Brightness automatically adjusts even if your settings is not so.
3) Once in a while, Wifi connection automatically shuts down.
4) Bluetooth headset (like Plantronic's in-ears phones) can't connect.

I hope Huawei gets to read this and help provide me some feedback or at least use my review to improve when they decide to upgrade the phone.

I am facing this problem when trying to reset my friends lenovo and the default language when resetting in chinese. Luckily there were guideline at youtube on how to continue even with Chinese language. That's is my biggest concern. I have Read at xda developer few user already uses kit kat chinese version but not yet stable. I think i will stick with b125 fir a while. Will u give me screen shot for kit kat update? My email azizie.2637@gmail.com. By the way my memory card was sandisk extreme class 10 16gb.
