So I wish that chinese or taiwan etc smartphones can guarantee the users that their phone can be trust. No sudden dead or restart, no issue what so ever, and importantly keeping it up to date with android version. It's very rare to see a company still update their old products (2010-2011) to the latest android version (except google). You can see iPhone 3GS which was released on 2010, but the device still get iOS 6. Now that's what I call a "Caring Company".
Wish Android manufacture can do this (Samsung, Sony, HTC, Huawei, OPPO, LG, Acer and etc).
If Ascend P6 can handle my wish, I will buy it for sure. I very fall in love with it's design. It's so sexy and thin. Makes S4 feels cheap and bulky

ive had this phone for almost 2 weeks and so far I have to say its the best mobile ive had, and I have had a lot.
I used to work as a mobile phone sales person so have used almost every make and model available, there is nothing at all I have come across to suggest the make is anything but top notch although Huawei have only recently ventured into the phone sector they have been making telecommunications equipment modems/routers and usb dongles for years so they know what they are doing, the build quality of the p6 shows they know exactly how to put a quality mobile together, my advice for anybody thinking about getting a p6 is ignore the fact the manufacturer is new and buy it, you wont regret it because its a top notch piece of kit I cant wait to see what they do in the future...

The P6 is another testimony that in due time Huawai will become a major contender in the smartphones sector. It is also worth nothing that Huawai is a major high-tech telecoms manufacturer, just like ZTE, another well known Chinese manufacturer.

Happy to report stumbled on its Chinese official website & it's really is there.... the 100+ themes.... download & transfer to Huawei themes folder & themes app will recognise immediately! :) Also found google translate helpful in navigating the Chinese website!

zarathos, 08 Aug 2013music player doesnt automatically read the contents of the ... moreso i went back to the telecom provider and they replaced my p6 with a new one. the trick to read the sd card is to restart the phone. now the battery life seems to be ok. excellent sounds with dolby surround using marshall minors. dont know how to disable the haptic feedback though. telecom provider doesnt know as well as it is still a new phone
