Since last two updates lately, lost my pictures, can't load picture to FB no more, frozen screen sometimes..
Before, was the greatest phone !! Loosing my pictures is horrible!!!!
How long this will take before they repair? Will my pictures stay lost? Very unhappy!

Would a complete reset help? or just wait would that help.... at the moment my huawei is useless and worthless.

Using this for 5months. Start /wake up button doesn't responds properly. Hard & multi push requires to turn it on. Frustating while in emergency need to phone someone

My P7 's touch screen was replaced. Now it works perfectly some times and then sometimes it freezes and the home buttons don't work. Please help

Had the same problems with my P7 after the update last week. Never had a problem before. Now facebook, and severall other apps continually non resposive. I keep losing the homepage buttons at the bottom. And it appears to be always in silent mode, despite not being in it.
I guess we sit and wait for the bugs to be sorted?

p7owner, 26 Oct 2015After the last update (updated yesterday) i can't use the f... moreI uninstalled fb app and all is back to normal. Even the alarm clock got an error and after i uninstalled fb everything is back to normal. I use chrome to browse through fb and all is good.

I have a blackscreen for hours , I hear some messages coming in but can't read any as the screen remains black, inert . Had never problems up to a week ago , now my Huwei P7 is not thrustworthy at all , can't use it for large parts of the day and night, at the moment it is worthless and it has been almost perfect before.... sighhhhhh.... What am I to do????

After the last update (updated yesterday) i can't use the facebook app. Had to delete it to use my phone orelse everything crashes! I reported the issue to FB and deleted the app. No more fb app for now orelse i can't use my huawei p7 device.

I have the exact same issue I called the serve desk of Huawei they told me it is a major software glitch Facebook not working email alarms fail YouTube not working buttons are crashing...... and there is no solution yet they only thing they can do I gather all the stuff and sent the data over to china. and they offers us in the Netherlands to sent the phone to an phone doctor and they could fix it for us (so I think a downgrade?) all costs are for Huawei because of warranty!

Battery is very poor. Other wise Huawei P7 is Very Good Phone I like It.

But I must admit that the browsing experience is much better. I really hope that Huawei will release a new update and fix all the bugs. And, the force reset don't work either.

With B830(lollipop) update uninstall Facebook app and restart phone. It resolve problems with video,camera,chrome etc.
All problems because Facebook app.

Same problem at my ascend p7, everything is crashing from friday when i get the new update, who made this update are the moust stupid employer, they need to be fired, never happend someting like this at other compannys!
