i don't know why my SD card is not being recognised, i have tried about 3, all in different formats but they ain't being recognised!!

Its not really a good phone..it doesn't have useful apps and the phone itself is not really user friendly..doesnt have a good Facebook app..instagram..etc..

W1 is waste... Cz we cannot play more games, no update, not supporting media players.. Dnt by any huawei mobile.. U Cannot play subway or candy crush no use of this phone, cannot transfer the file to SD card... So many problems.. 5mp cam??? Not clear.. No camera features no gaming no media players why this huawei people making phone with out update... Guys don't buy huawei W1...

Its a good phone with this price over all, it could be better with android is, someone will tell me how to upload videos on facebook, everytime when I check my album has videos but cannot select them for sharing on facebook

I like my HUAWEI ASCEND W 1 but the options yu forgot is applications 2sdcard transfer options .again some android applications are not compatible to this phone.Lastly editing phone history is missing. review

The telephone itself was not bad for the price, but their assistance is ridicolous, I have tried to install the voice control and since then the telephone just shows a sad smiley, it is completely useless, cannot reset hardware either, so consider careful this if you are thinking about buying one, or just pray that nothing will never happen.

Its awful... moreI have seen that problem with Memory,before you do anything with the phone,almost 3gb has been consumed,you cant set a custom tone for the messages and emails and one question i have for you my fellow kenyan, is there a blacklist app for blocking the numbers who you dont want disturbance from?If yes,whats is it called and what link?Secondly, can opera mini work with this coz seems every time i try to install it tells me "it is not supported by windows".Thanks

The battery drains too fast, its not what I was made to believe before I bought the phone at 570 GHANA CEDIS which is hard to come by for a poor teacher like me. The problem probably is because the phone will not go off while on charge, if a phone does not go off while on charge it doesn't charge well.

don't buy this phone. Huawei has no program to upgrade this phone. I have it. Microsoft solved some problem and add some feature by updating WP8, but hardware is very old and updating is impossible.

poor after sales support from huawei they just want your money!!! no updates from the time i bought my ascend w1 no exclusive apps or games for huawei device unlike nokia , htc and samsung ..l..

Just reading some of the comments on here um my Huawei W1-U00 just finished getting a windows update and then it just started going funny by showing the systems wheel turning and showing a bad face but other then that its been going really good. Oh gosh omg.

I took it to the store since it´s in the guarateed. They replaced the screen.
Don´t bother to use those programs to recover dead pixels because they won´t do anything in this case ( I´ve try them).
