Superb Phone, fastest phone, i used Galaxy s advance, faster then GSA, but its heating Quikly.... internet browsing evry thing fine, skyp video call working rear & front cam, camera is very nice, cheep price, good phone, i like it

thiskenyan, i had same problem not that often but it s quite iritanting, they will probebly ignore our request, but that will cost huawei reputation!!!!

how do I in store the cd that works on the Microsoft phone its a library of books also you can search for any subject but only works on Microsoft pcs' and windows phone any windows phone please help.

Okay this is my 2nd smartphone my first was got just about 2 years ago and was also a Huawei but was an android I loved it ran into some issues and replaced it with this windows phone , it's a good phone fast . bright easy to read and pretty easy to pick up and learn the operating system on the fly . it has aps som similar to android and others different but I am very happy had it for two days now and quite enjoy using it.

Very poor support from Huawei.
Most of all W1 owners beg Huawei to release the GDR2 update. It's critical because it solves the "other folder" problem.
England's O2 and Chinese markets have received the update but not the rest of the world...

Its a good mobile! The problem is when there is an incoming call and you are on another call it is imposible to disconnect one and get to the other. Its irritating.

Don't get confused.... Don't even try this phone. Its awful.

You can't adjust call,sound,ringtone volumes separately.

No support from Huawei or Microsoft
[]
No 3G Only option on phone as it loves straying back to 2G any given chance
[]
Browser consumes data, Can't download, slow and you have no viable alternative. I won't even add the tabs are nasty and don't keep data in memory means refreshing till you get mad

Battery suffers from sudden death and phone gets stuck at the Huawei logo when starting occasionally

Playlists disappear, music player gets corrupt, no search in music
[]
Apps and OS consume invisible space that you can't recover or manage! Your 4Gb space will soon be 4Mb free of unknown usage!

Now to the OS. No notification centre, no apps from official companies (Facebook, YouTube)etc just Microsoft copies.

Do not try. I'm telling you this from Afrika because they sold us lower quality phones

battery life it sucks.most of the good stuff you have to use a pc so its not a smart phone.no opera mini,no radio.But its a good phone.

k,dis phone is a mess it eats its own memery even wen u send something using bluetooth nd i mean sending nd dont imagine wen ur receiving something and also wen taking a photo which saves itself in the SD card bt still da action eats up ur phone memory while it shuld eat da SD memory.

Its a great phone camera is working well battery life its great internet speed its great costs 15,999/= cash never hanged great gaming speed for game lover go for huawei ascend w1 Windows 8 phone the phone is very automatic to many things I like it and can't regret for purchasing it last but not least screen its very sensitive
