Please I... moreI also found that there was no internet sharing (hotspot) on my phone, but I set it back to the manufacturers default (obviously my phone provider - 2 degrees, New Zealand) had done something to it before releasing it through their stores, and hotspot then magically appeared. Hope this helps.

I've owned this phone for a few days now, so I thought I might leave a mini-review for the curious, and the Googlers.
First off, this is a fantastic phone. It feels great in the hand, the screen is great, the touch response is great, and Windows Phone is (in most aspects) well thought out. It's not spectacular in any department, but it's certainly more than adequate in every function. Except for 2 key aspects.
I'd heard about the lack of certain Windows Phone apps (or at least key apps), and didn't think they would matter to me as I'm not a 'heavy user' (though I'm not a light user either). I suspect that's how many people approach the Windows Phone platform. But then it hits you, and you develop what I call the 'Windows Phone Sigh' as you realize not only is there no app for that, but, officially, there may never be one, either for technical or political reasons. Or there is a third party app that almost works, or perhaps it works brilliantly, yet it still feels alien and incomplete. And fragile, in the sense that it has bugs or that someone will eventually flip a switch and it'll stop working.
The second is, to be frank, it's Google's & Apple's world, and we just live in it. You have to have a will of iron to remain on the outside, interacting in whatever hacky way currently works (see Gmail sync, or many mobile websites, for example).
So if you're absolutely sure that your view on the Internet is via the same few apps (eg: Facebook, Twitter, eBay), and the same few websites, I *highly* recommend this phone. It does what is does well. But the further you venture, the more you feel like a stranger in a foreign land. Question is: can you bear that? I thought I could, but it turns out I couldn't.

i think no support windows amber update is exclusive only for lumia phones,
Sad to say huawei windows phone no longer support even any minor update for buggs,
Better go Nokia Lumia phone with surely get future upcoming update windows blue,
Huawei W1 very excellent midrange phone, but theres no support from huawei campany,

WP 8.1 is coming soon and it has all updates we need, so i hope that we will get it two, if not i sugest we send some kind of together complaint. What do you think?

This just in→Huawei has said that the Huawei W1 can only support Windows 8OS at the Moment, which means that there may be an update in the Future but none now.
This was confirmed by me through The official Huawei Facebook Page,
