My phone shows a blue light on the battery status indicator (instead of red or orange or green) when connected to the AC charger via the USB cable, hence it will not boot, what could be the problem. It was previously idle for 3 weeks and the battery was dead as a result.

My son has a Huawei Ascend Y100 and all the persons that make a phone call to him have lots of difficulties in hear him, is it normal the sound of the micro is too low? It has a regulation ou is it a problem of the phone?

Iam Using Huawei Y100 for past 10months and its a good phone overall,Iam happy with the features and also its cost just 3600rs which is so good to start with a Android smart phone.
regarding the battery issues faced,this is totally different from person to person,try replacing the same or the charge to get good results,for me it comes for 1 day standby and almost 4 to 5hrs for calling.

my handset has been blocked since 08 oct 2013 my daughter drew da pattern very my time in bid to un lock da screen when had left my phone home that day. now they ask me to put my email address and the pass word but they are not working and i ha switched off data transefer how can i be helped please send to reply to my email skatawah@gmail.com i need imediate help am off air now!!

when i long press power button and vol up button it comes to a screen which includes reboot now factory rest and etc...i can scroll down using vol up and down buttons but how to select?
