when i long press power button and vol up button it comes to a screen which includes reboot now factory rest and etc...i can scroll down using vol up and down buttons but how to select?

I did a firmware update on my Ascend Y100 and now the phone restart itself every now and then. Why is this? Can I return back to the original firmware, if yes, how? Please help.

shad, 16 Aug 2013what to do if it consumes airtime fastNever use your airtime for internet surfing because it wont last long.Buy internet bundles for data use.Airtime is for voice calls.Also try to switch off Mobile data,Always on line and Background data when you are not using the phone.

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2013Pls teach me how to resolve this issue...my phone keeps on... moreGo to Settings and select Privacy.Then select Factory reset.Make sure to back up all your data to sd card before you factory reset.That should solve the problem.If not,the power button is faulty or the battery gets over heated.

VITICK, 29 Jul 2013the battery life is xo poor work on tht pliz Battery life depends on usage and installed apps, I tested my battery life per single charge on calls, sms and whatsapp on 2G and won a day and half, but with heavy surfing and more apps running full time on background, a twice per day charge would be the only option.

vesto, 04 Jul 2013My phone keep restarting itself everytime i dont know what ... moreI also had that same problem, but I noted that sometimes the back cover allows the battery to shake and restart the phone, or if you toggle between apps frequently it also restarts, so on this instance remove the battery and insert it back after a minute or so.
