Then, try download the app directly from the website (not from Google Play) : http://www.whatsapp.com/android/
However, could be that you've downloaded a more recent version of Whatsapp which is not compatible with the older Y220 operating system.
Therefore, try getting an older Whatsapp version from a site such as this :
http://whatsapp-messenger.en.uptodown.com/android/old
I don't know if they include malware in these old downloads, which could be problematic, but only way to find out is to take a chance & see !

It's a much better player than the standard ones that come out on phones - can use MP4's & MP3's.
Make it the default player, and go through / change settings within the player itself to make it more functional - for eg. fast fwd or back within a video or MP3 is not setup as default, but can & should be changed in the MX Player settings.
Maybe using this will help you solve the bluetooth problems.
