Help?!!My password doesn't want to work on my google I've typed it in many times but nothing and there is no recover password option it just keeps showing I've entered the wrong password or my account has been changed.Please re-enter password but when I do still nothing.Really any advice will be appreciated

Hi to unlock huawei y220 swich off your phone when off press both power and volume up bottons at the same time for 15seconds till you see an android sign apear on your screen then choose wipe data/factory reset you scrol by volume down then you select by volume up when on wipe data/factory reset go down to yes delet all data your phone will begin to delete
Then go back to reboot phone now then your phone will start normally no security code

i have got problems with the earpiece. i cant hear the person on the other side. i Can only hear when i put it on speaker. how do i solve that.
