zintle, 10 Jun 2014pls help my phone said no sirm but the sim is on the phoneGet hold of another SIM (cheap/free Prepaid SIM from the same or different network) and see if it does the same thing - if it does, the phone may be faulty.
If it doesn't, then the existing SIM may be faulty, in which case you should discard it.

the bluetooth is discoverable but when the song is entering on bluetooth device ,sending just stops.it says "sending failed".what can i do?

Once you've added a Google username & password in the account settings, you'll need to also log on via the browser (so Google can 'spy' on your activity!).
You can switch off "Location" & other options both in the phones settings, and browser, so it limits what Google gain from you being logged on in order to simply load apps.

Place the battery back and cover it withthe phone's back cover.4. Hold volume up key (located at the left side of phone) and hold power key (located at the top of phone) together until huawei logo appears.5. Release all keys at the appearance of huawei logo.6. The phone should show android recovery menu.7. Navigate with volume down key only to ''wipe data/factory reset''.8. Hit volume up key to select it.9. On the next screen, use volume down key only to navigate to ''Yes''.Hit volume up key again to confirm your reset action and there you go. Wait for the phone to reset to factory state.10. When done, hit volume up key again to reboot phone. Wait for phone to boot fully and your're DONE!!! Pattern/Pin Lockis GONE!!!CAUTION! This operation deletes all user data like contacts, installed apps and others. The steps above cannot be use onall android phones. But it applies to Huawei Ascend Y220 (Tested).
