I have had this phone for about 3-4 months now. I had to return it to the shop once already, and once again it is slowing down to an unbearable level.
DO NOT buy this phone if you can't tolerate having to wait up to half a minute or more just to open up basic apps or sometimes even your messages and phone book.
I used to have a Nokia Windows phone and it was much better and faster. Once I've negotiated a cancellation of my contract with my phone shop I will be returning to Nokia (or in fact any other brand) and not touching a Huawei phone again!

Well, mine works perfectly and I have no problems. I has ace no proforma with it at all.

If you tap on the green icon (with that smiley face) in the bottom tray of the phone's homepage, that should be for SMS / text messaging.
There should be a symbol with a + sign ; click on it & a message window should come-up.
If you have contacts saved, click on + sign on right of "To:" to select them, otherwise you'll need to input a cell no. & type message below it.
Someone can correct me if needed, as I cannot test it out on original software, but only in a Custom ROMs one.

When my phone is idle for a while. The Huawei logo comes on the screen like as hang the phone & touch not working that time but can make call from another phone but nothing shows in my phone even not ringing. can anyone help me!!

The full stop button can't be used as well

Check your not in airplane mode:
Check your not get to 2g only
If you brought it second hand it might have been reported lost/stolen and blacklisted so unable to register on a network.

My secondary camera on the front of the phone. The little icon when you open up the camera that allows you to switch between primary and secondary camera. That icon has disappeared. I have restarted the phone but with no luck.
