Bought, next day when calling, the call ended, try it several times but useless, then restarted worked nice, after about 2 hours the fault come back. As insured returned which the insurer charges ACCESS £20.oo, better to buy other branded mobile.

Good phone for the price.,
RAM -512Mb, 1.0 Dual core processor with 5MP camera worth it for the price. my first smart phone and I love huawei acend Y300

jayalantha, 11 Jul 2014My.Huawei Y300 phone memary lost how to reset itTry re-booting the phone. Press down on the Power button for a few seconds. A menu should pop-up on-screen. Select "reboot", and wait for it to restart.
Check under "Storage" to see if (phone / SD-card) memory restored.

salat, 24 Jun 2014I had such a problem but after I took to Huawei dealer &... moreYes I do know that happend to me too the mic don't work so what u need to do is reset the phone and no trust me it's no an effort to reset just backup your things on huawei backup and take out the micro sd and reset it i did it the andriod recovery way tho

AnonD-276385, 23 Jun 2014I have this problem it takes soo long charging yet the batt... moreWell go on youtube and watch how to do a partition to your phone I never did this but what it does is it switches the sd memory to internal so basically your internal is sd and yes u can change the ram too but don't bother you will loose everything when u do that.

I had no choice but sleep the phone, and unlock back the phone to make the keyboard appear. I believe the firmware weren't stable, I even have a problem about finding other device's bluetooth (including pair device) as it shown "no bluetooth device found". Need to factory reset later -_-
