Brought my son this for Xmas the battery is very very bad he charges it and it is dead within hours, not very good at all since it is only 4 months old

I cant not use the recorder on my phone (hauwei y300) and any application that uses a recorder e.g shazam, google talk, voice rec on whatsapp etc.i also cant turn of the notification sound on whatsapp

Anonymous, 07 Apr 2014How is the sound quality??? can't u really hear it from 3m?The speaker is really loud, so you won't have any problem hearing it from 3 meters in quiet place, but when outside or at noisy site, you probably won't hear it from 3 meters

Bought the phone, downloaded Facebook along with many other apps. All working fine no problems 100% satisfied. Only problem experienced can't add pictures to some contacts but I put this down to a User Error or a 1 D 10 T error.

why does when switchoff huweii phone battery charging for 7hours then plug off.swithch on phone only 4% charg indicate...while phone battery display idle 46%..screen 16...so and so

ZJ, 04 Apr 2014Hi I have a problem logging-on my Facebook and twitter acco... moreI think you need to delete the CACHE from these 2 apps & on the phone in general. Go into SETTINGS - Manage Apps - click on respective apps, scroll down & tick on Clear cache. Exit, then scroll across (right) to either "On SD Card" or "All". At top are "Clear cache" headings & clear there as well.
You can clear the Cache for any other apps, individually as well, which I think is good practice to get into the habit of.
In addition, it's worth installing "Clean Master" app from the Play Store if you haven't already got it. The app should appear with a "1 Tap Boost" icon next to it, from which you can boost memory, but go into the app to also delete JUNK FILES.
The above should all help the apps run more smoothly, on such a low memory device as this.
If above things don't work in refreshing these 2 apps, try deleting & re-installing them, and try again.
I use Twitter - 3 different accounts - and all fine, via the app. Facebook I use minimally, logged on via a web browser, so you might need to revert to that if not sorted out after all this.

If in RSA, take it back within 7 days (under the Consumer Protection Act) for a new one, just about no questions asked. Hopefully the next one will 'behave' properly.

I might be dumm, but I can not answer the phone, when it rings I have the pulsating white rings a white phone handle in center a green one to the right and a red one on the left I can tab any of them for how often I like the phone just rings out. I can't answer nor stop it.
Badly need help only had the phone for 3 days.
