Great phone for the price. battery life sucks as well as memory (lags alot) otherwise everything else is in tip top shape

I have the phone for a week now, and i got to say that this is a great awesome phone considering the price.
PRO: -the screen is large enough for my preference, very good response in touch sensitivity, really bright, and awesome colors
-nice Huawei user interface
-the screen has scratch resistant glass
-dual core 1ghz cpu, and 512 RAM
-the phone moves acceptable as long as you don`t open to many applications, and even then it has just a litle lag, games work fine(block breaker)
-the battery lasts allmost 2-3 days, with above normal usage, and with the Right settings(Root is prefered and Battery Doctor app)
-the music sound is not loud, but it`s clear and with a cool bass
-the photo quality is acceptable in daylight, and not so bad with flash
-runs very smood on youtube HQ videos
-works great on messenger, skype, etc video calls
CON: -the 5 Mpx camera doesn`t have HD video, only 640x480, if you care for that kind of thing
-low space of available internal memory, only 1,5Gb, 4Gb in total
All in all a good low-budget phone, even better than some "not sow low-budget" phones !

Niner75. The y300?? Brilliant in every way. Does everything claimed including Google Play. My Huawei 7" tablet was better than expected so I bought the y300. As a pensioner the low prices on both was a factor. I haven't been disappointed. I recommend the y300. I think Huawei will be doing great things.

Anyone from Canada currently using this phone? Just curious how good it is, etc. Was wondering if it's worth getting or to settle with an older phone (ie GS2, Motorola Atrix HD, etc). Also wanted to know if you're able to download Google Play on it? I think I read somewhere that it won't work? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you for your help!

Yes you can play plant vs zombies 2.
I play dead trigger which is really addictive.
Can play GTA3,FIFA14......etc.
I didn't thought it will but this beast just did play.
