My screen goes black during phone calls so I can't turn it off unless I use the power button. How do I fix this?

This phone I think is one of the bogus phone made by Huawei co. The phone switches itself after every 3hrs.

MCgio, 22 Nov 2014I have the same issue .. everytime that I open FB or some a... morebuy the new SD HC memory cards with 10 speed rate and u will see the difference.. i have a 32Go HC 10 memory card and it's working smoothly no hangs or lags and all apps are moved to the sd card...

raz, 20 Nov 2014I downloaded some apps from google play store like opera mi... moreI have the same issue .. everytime that I open FB or some apps the app got stucked, I tried to de-istall and re istall those apps but I got the same issue...

Get yaself a memory card for the phone then your phone will work without the memory card the phone won't work properly u need this memory card so u can use apps upload apps etc etc that's why these phones don't properly use with out the memory card ! Now this phone the only problem is is the audio its very low and very quite its not loud enough so huawei improve the audio on your phones its too quite and its shit . you need to improve this audio I'll give u 2/10 for the audio not good not good at all

Iam using y511, facig problem when ever i rcv text message but ring tone means notification not ring, i try my best levl.to change tone but face same daily 4 hrs problem. Skype, viber. Whatsapp ring notification tone. But message did nt work pl guid friends
