i have bought this phone on june 17th 2015 and by june 22 2015 i have return the phone, it keeps telling me unfortunately launcher has stopped, i have to be mounting and unmounting memory card for the memory card to work, plus the back and front camera is the worse ever, the worse ohone i have ever baught in my life time, i only wated my money trust me. huawei y520 comparing to huawei y330 , id spend money again and again to buy hauwei y330. y520 is bull crop.

I have bought this hwawei ascend 520, 5 days ago . now I am having a problem with it. after I run this phone for 5-7 days then the software doesn't work. it always shows that"unfortunately the phone has stopped" . I am not able to run any application. any application I open, it stops. please help me.

this mobile is hard to work.. some times software is not working accurately.. dont west your money for repurchasing this moble..

Ive been using y330 i bought in kampala. Though simple, it was owesome. I wanted to upgrade to y520 hoping to get a better camera but the comments are scaring me!!

The Y320-U10 I've had for nearly 4 years has given good service I up graded because its batrey was only holding its charge for 5 hours or so
The Y520 is equally a plesent little phone!

Huawei Ascend Y520 is such an incredible phone, the design is awesome, I can access all of my office documents on it conveniently,the battery lasts longer than your regular android in the same category, I bought it in Nigeria and I've had an incredible experience . I LOVR THE DEVICE SO MUCH that if it gets stole or missing I would have to buy another

I bought this handset just before 3 days but its touch is not smooth as it should to be, especially need to press back key for 3 to 4 time to get back. 2nd in the specification they mentioned autofocus camera but it's not autofocus which is also disappointed me. Now I felt I have wasted the money.
GSMArena is awesome website which always provide us a lot of information what we need. Thanks GSMArena.

i purchased it yesterday. i have experience with nokia. the camera of this phone i the worst i have ever found. even nokia 6303 has better camera than y520. software is not user friendly. connectivity with PC is another issue.
i feel i wasted money
