I love this phone and wanted to buy one and I installed youtube but it tells me my device does not support Google play services and cannot access youtube. Any one with similar situation?

Bought this phone - on sale for 1/3rd the price of my samsung s5 then .. but surprisingly came out to be a rocking one - have been using it for almost 1 yr now and still going strong - works flawlessly on apps , battery still goes for a day with atleast 6 hrs on wifi or 4g surfing , gaming is smooth ( didnt try high end games ) camera is better than this price tag phones and also sound quality - better than the average ..

If I reset my fine back to origian start up andit asks still for google account or phone number last synced to the phone ... I av only ever had one number and I don't av access to email anymore what do I do ?
