I am leaning towards getting the Mate 10 against the Pro because the SD card expansion.
Dont care about IP67, wifi recharge. I want something to fit in my pocket, good screen to watch movies and read, fast performance and long battery life.
Can some one tell me
1. Which one Drains the battery quicker LCD(Mate10) or OLED (Mate10 Pro)?
I am a heavy user i want long battery life over a day.
2. Does Mate 10 support the desktop monitor functionality.

Patt , 17 Oct 2017I was gonna buy the p10 plus but I am so glad I waited for ... moreThe mate 10 is smaller than the P10 plus and beats the p10 plus at every level. No reason to buy p10 plus anymore and have to wait for P11 if someone needs a 5.5inch screen in 5 inch screen body.

Even though it lacks Bluetooth 5.0, the Mate 10 series with BLE 4.2 supports aptX, aptX HD and LDAC HD audio.

I was gonna buy the p10 plus but I am so glad I waited for this. Since the pro has 1080p screen and no audio jack I will rather get this one, just wish it had wireless charging and ip68 rating. Great phone though, love the design and the screen technology.

this phone's retail price in Malaysia has been confirmed,it sells at a price of 2699 Malaysian Ringgit,same as last year's Mate 9's retail price

7.7, 17 Oct 2017The Mate series has always been big phones, what did you expect?The design is actually perfect, because it still has the fingerprint sensor below the screen which is the only logical position, besides the power button.

Shame Huawei have taken the fingerprint sensor from the back, it was a great feature on the 8 and 9. A deal breaker for me.

Very sad, the one having ip67, but no sd card slot. The one with card slot, no IP67 feature and only 4GM RAM. Initially, I have the intention to switch from my current Huawei P9 plus to Mate 10 with the bigger screen, seem cannot fulfilled my requirement, just wait for mate 11 or P11 plus or may be switch to iphone perhaps.

Finally have a flagship phone that is 16:9 and bigger than 5.5 inch. Mate 10 is so compact.
