Please when are u upgrading to Android Oreo 8.0 ? And when will the new chipset Kirin 670 come to the market? Is it going to show up on the P11 lite? Well I am waiting for any of either Honor 6x or this phone Honor 9i that has a thousand name.

But considering Samsung's reputation on services it might be worth it. But disregarding that, J7 pro comes in the least among the price segment.

I hope to buy Huawei mate 10 lite or J7 plus
Display is big but not quality of Huawei
Camera . Huawei has 4 but samsung front 16 mp so thers no big diference
But the software updates of Samsung too poor. 😠

Just a little input.
I've used the Xiaomi MI A1 and the Huawei Nova 2i( these 2 always get compared ) and in the end i chose the Nova 2I as my daily driver, sold the other.
Pros of the Nova 2I
Full view display without hurting my wallet. The display is pretty sharp and well calibrated in my opinion.
Cameras especially the rear takes really really good photos and to my surprised quite decent lowlight photos as well. Portrait mode for front and back works well.
Battery backup is more than enough for me. I usually unplug at 830am and charge at 1030pm. Throughout the day I am mostly connected to wifi at 75% brightness reading, redditing, youtube, slight gaming and taking some photos. Always end up with 20-30% with 4.5hours of screen on time.
Build Quality is excellent, feels really compact for a 5.9 inch screen and fingerprint doesn't disappoint just like any other huawei phones, very fast.
EMUI has some really cool useful features like pressing on screen button to see notifications, twin app and app locking.
Cons
Charging is slow and sadly micro usb still but not much of a bother to me.
GPU could be a little stronger, heavy games can be played but at medium settings.
Video quality are average at best but i rarely take them so it isn't a bother for me.
Aux output is a little weak.
Reasons why i sold the Mi A1 and not Nova 2I
Slow fingerprint unlocking.
Camera quality is definite improvement over redmi note 4x but still a bit under. Telephoto is virtually useless unless very good lighting conditions
Front camera quality is at best average.

Comparison among mi a1, j7 pro and mate 10 lite; 3 hot sales in the price segment.
Battery wise-
I think it should be the main concern when you want to buy a phone that doesn’t support fast charging and all of them takes around 3 hours to fully charge from 15%.
J7 pro is the best for the battery not only because it has more capacity but also super AMOLED doesn’t drain as much battery as IPS LCD.
Mi and m10lite both struggles for the battery, if you buy any of these two you will end up charging once or twice every day depending on your usage.
Performance wise-
Mi a1 is the best in this segment. You will be easily able to play 99% of the high-end games on this device without any lag. J7 pro is also almost lag free but m10lite is not built for high-end gaming for sure.
Display wise-
Nothing can beat the super AMOLED display (even iPhone is buying AMOLED display from Samsung for their phones). But m10lite is pretty similar to AMOLED but not the same of course. Bottom line you won't regret about the display for either of this two device. But some of the mi a1 users are complaining about their display that it looks like a washed out display.
Camera wise-
This is where mi a1 and j7 pro shine the most. Their cameras are pretty good compared to m10lite. M10lite kinda takes selfie pictures in cartoon type resolution in my opinion. But it can be fixed through settings.
Bottom line all three devices are good but it all comes to our personal preferences. If I had to pick one I would go for j7 pro

Battery is quite good. You can use it whole day without charging. I charge it 100% at 5 pm and charge it next day after continue use near about 10 when it comes to 60%.

i'm a moderate user, sometimes play Clash Of Clan (COC), open FB, whatsapss and few more social media only. But i'm planning become uber/grab part time driver at weekends, so my question :
1) how about the battery life?,can it hold till nite if im just moderate user?, will the battery be fine if i'm connect charger while driving?
2) how about the gps?,coz some phone gps not really accurate.
3) i'm not a selfie guy, but my wife it is, it camera really bad at night?,how bout daylight?

AnonD-714093, 07 Nov 2017wchich one should I buy galaxy J7 Pro/ galaxy J7 Prime/ Hua... moreI am going to give a comparative opinion among mi a1, mate 10 lite and j7 pro soon but to answer your question, i think you should not go for j7 prime because it doesn't have super amoled display which is the signature feature of samsung phone. If you want better battery backup and better build quality then go for j7 pro (i was going to buy it but the edge to edge display convinced me to buy mate 10 lite), you will feel the good metal build quality when you touch the j7 pro for sure, it wont lag as much as mate 10, it has always on display which is pretty good in my opinion, probably more durable than m10 lite. Apart from these features mate 10 lite rules in other categories.
