We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Pertaining your inquiry, please be informed that the updates is released batch by batch. It means one country to another and one device to another might have not receive it at the same time. Basically, the update is just on the way to your device as long as the device has not been modified (rooted / unlocked boot loader). Please kindly stay tuned.

I would suggest the Mate 10 Lite, I enjoy the bigger screen. The Nova 2 plus might give you more battery life since the screen is smaller. I get anything from 1 day to 3 days out of my battery.

Sulaman, 01 Feb 2018Can anyone tell me about battey timming and charging time..This gives me an 5-6 hours screen on time and it takes 2abd 15 minutes to charge from 0%-100. It doesn't support fast charging. Battery life isn't good for the size of the battery.

I am very upset about this phone as its screen is so sensitive and protector dost not protect the screen, i have lost my mobile screen and its very very expensive and hardly available, phone is not as bad but its very sensitive, i hate this when u spend 30k and a d in a week with damage screen
