The Huawei Mate 10 lite has a faster processor and a bigger battery. The one thing that makes the Mate 10 lite stand out is that it will probably get Android Oreo and have longer software support. Companies like Oppo, Doogee and all the other cheap Chinese phone manufacturers is that they tend to not give any further software except for whatever came with the phone. Even though the Oppo F5 has 6GB of RAM, the Helio P23 is not powerful enough to really fully utilize the 6GB.
Winner: Huawei Mate 10 lite

Looking at the Zenfone 3 Zoom now, it is definitely better in a few aspects; better SoC, a larger battery capacity... But for 550euros?! No, you could buy a Oneplus 5T, which is better than both of these phones in almost every way.
It all really depends on your priorities. Overall i would say Huawei Mate 10 lite, just because it is cheaper and newer so you would likely get the newer Android updates.
