huawei malaysia live chat just comfirm , mate 10 pro will get EMUI 10 only from this MAY 2020. erm... so slow progresss update after phone more than 2 years.

Huawei has removed the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro from its Monthly and Quarterly security updates page but the company has already confirmed its eligibility for EMUI 10 upgrade and likely to receive some more updates.
Since the Mate 10 series eligible for the next OS upgrade, the users of this older flagship have been asking when they’ll actually receive the EMUI 10? And according to Huawei, the rollout for EMUI 10 for the Mate 10 devices will start in March that will gradually expand to different markets.

If you have enough time maybe you can read my post about it somewhere in deep in this comment section. I was really inlove with the phone but this problem really killed it. I mean the fps was really handy but I cant use it anymore. I thought I was just daydreaming but I wasn't. I went to the settings hoping maybe I just accidentally disabled it but to my surprise, the settings for the fps was not even in there anymore in the settings!!!! Like wtf Huawei! They seem to hide/remove the fps settings to cover up their trashy fps. To all the Mate 10 Pro users with the fps settings still in their phones, we envy you. This Mate 10 Pro of mine is my fav phone ever and it is still the most beautiful phone ever created but I'm pretty sure that this will be my last phone from Huawei. I mean I already have the best phone they created and its time to try something else.

Read couple of news that mate 10 series is out of the list of Huawei phones which are eligible for monthly or quarterly updates.
Its been already 3 months that my 10 Pro received security update.

phone is becoming laggy all of sudden after an update of Huawei Mobile Services via default app gallery causing lag in camera app while taking picture, while clearing junk by default app and when apps in ram are cleared to kill recent apps default gallery app stays there and does not go away despite clearing multiple time. Any suggestions???

Did anyone else notice the bad working gesture function? Swiping back from left edge is most of the time not working. Maybe 3 or 4 times only every 10 tries.
I had the P Smart Z middle class, gesture working flawless. Also Mate 20, very good. But on 2 Mate 10 Pro noticed that gesture isnt working good.

[deleted post]Not the p9 plus nor mate 10 pro have any screen burning at all, I can confirm that Huawei screens not have this issue at all even with always on display activated all time on my mate 10 pro.

[deleted post]I suggest you buy the new model because it has better gpu. My Mate 10 pro sucks when used in CSR2 live racing, causing me to lose in the game. Better get a device with snapdragon SOC 845 and up.

[deleted post]I have even gone swimming with it at the pool and water park. It's a great phone just got an one plus 7t and speed wise the mate 10 pro still holds up pretty well.

[deleted post]Oled and amoled are basically the same with different names. And no they are not burning. It might have happened long time ago but now the technology is mature and they will not burn anytime soon
