3rd week with this beast. In the start phone was laggy and had log of stutters. Some said the AI needs time to adjust things and it did. Phone is smooth and fast now as any. Great screen and amazing battery. 9h of SOT on average with games and work,3 emails sync,Twitter, FB. Sound is average tho and this is my only con of this, otherwise great phone. But u can't have all for 500€.

Just bought this phone. 48%battery lasted a heavy setup and SOT of 3h. After full charge 6.5 and 7 SOT ON FULL BRIGHTNESS. BEEEAAAST. AND HEAVY USAGE(GAMES MOSTLY). Unplugged the device saturday morning at 9am. At 11:30 pm I had 60% with 3h SOT (needles to say full brighness) from which 1h was gaming and 20 minutes photos. AMAZING. Really fast charging,a SPLENDID camera, everything runs smooth, GREAT audio,verry good display, water rezistent. Did I mention the great design? I am fully sastisfied. Highly recomend

I'm using mate 10 Pro for one week. I am facing two issue. First it's taking too much time for connecting Wi-Fi. Second I can't access to some website. Its showing 'unknown protocol'. Can anyone help me please?

Great phone but Huawei are still lacking updates for this phone. Even though they promised faster updates.
Still on January security patch. Updates are like a lottery with some people receiving(March Update) and others not. Support are not helpful, basically saying for update and dont update manually or you void your warranty.
Android 8.1 nowhere to be seen.

No problems at all! Best phone I've ever used, and there are no issues with screen, sound, cameras, processor, battery, etc. And the translation app and essentially built-in Chromebook features are game changers!!

does it leave shadow on screen?..im using LG4 now and it leaves shadow on screen specially if played long time. planning to change. please give honest opinion to those who have long time used mate 10 pro already.

for me mate 10 pro is the best, but maybe p20 its gonna better in photos
