Received April 2021 security patch today and some other general updates for the voice assistant and so on. Nice to see Huawe still updating this phone in November 2021, 4 years after release. One of the best Android OEMs, they would be still king if Trump didn't sanction them back in 2019.

brought this mate 10pro at April 2018 still doing good,battery alittle drop but not a issues since Huawei offer change battery program.
Later i brought nova4 at April 2019 for my dad as his first smart phone device.
At july 2021 i decide to get a new device as a backup phone which is poco F3,well is running with sd870 and better display but buggy.
So i decide to exchange Poco F3 with my dad nova4,nova4 actually not that bad at all.haha

Excellent phone, used for 3 years. Unexpectedly, started to discharge 2x faster on Oct 2021.

Anonymous, 09 Aug 2021I am facing battery issue drain so fast I am a lite useryeah after the 3th year start ti drain very fast also the fast charging is very slow i buy new battery from alixpres and everything is fine now

NO BODY CAN MATCH WITH HUAWEI & ALSO IN QUALITY HUAWEI ROCKS! I'm Using This cell Phone from 3 Year & from last 6 months I don't have my Laptop so No matter how much Heavy Applications I Through At It Every thing is piece of cake for it still After 4 Years Of its Release!

Zero , 23 Jul 2021I'm using this phone since 2017, no issue yet. Im using it since 2017 and. Still no issue i have no regrets on this phone!

Huawei Mate 10 pro receiving Harmony OS 2.0 beta in China. Hope global models will too. Has been a superb phone over the years.

I can tell you from my personal experience: this week I started using my wife's Mate 10 PRO because she bought a new phone and my old phone is broken. This Mate 10 PRO is 3 years and 8 months old (bought November 2017) and the battery still lasts 2 days. Camera is still very good and the screen is superb. Latest update is EMUI 10.2 which is Android 10 and I believe it will be OK for few more years for sure. I'm using Microsoft Launcher for better customization and additional features and ability to use third party addons like LineX icon pack. Phone is lightning fast. High quality phone, and so beautiful (this one is Midnight Blue colour) I'm so happy with it I can't tell you enough. Go for it you won't be disappointed.

I have Mate 10 pro almost 4 years (from begin novemver 2017) and he is still fast ;) Battery is great too, maybe some 3-4% drop, but maybe not. I do not feel the difference. The only problem is the less good usb-c charging port. But hey, I am heavy user and in 4 years its okay ;) I am still using it, love it, and will not change it! Thanx Huawei!
