I am stuck with their support from last October when a failed auto software upgrade resulted in my payment apps becoming useless cause they all say your phone is not secure Including Google pay. It's just a brick for me now and I want to just through it and smash it cause it's useless.

Even though the stereo speaker is nothing great but at least its still slightly better than having just mono speaker.emui 10 drains more battery as compare to emui 9.My sot has decrease after updating from hicare.1 good point to note that the phone is snappier after the emui 10 update

The stereo is crap, if i watching videos on youtube, after a while the sound is going to the top, second/calling speaker. I don't why. I searched in options for stereo, but i didn't find nothing about this. The point: THIS IS VERY ANNOYING.

May I know any issue to upgrade to emui 10? I still using emui 9, still consider whether is the better choice or not.

Mate 20 have 3 cameras at the rear.
The one beside the flash is the wide lens camera.
The one below the wide lens camera is the main camera.
But the one next the to main camera have no function at all. Is it just me?
I have tried covering with my finger at the camera & switch the cameras.
What happen to the 1 camera below the flash? It is like do nothing there.

Anonymous, 16 Dec 2019I had both mate 20 and xiaomi mi 9.Mi 9 is faster than mate... moreMate 20 has a bottom firing REAL speaker. The earpiece is crap as the second speaker. I have this phone and love it but I always deliberately face the bottom speaker towards me and ignore the earpiece when playing music around the house from it.
