Tell u what, make sure u already update to latest firmware, turn off the phone, wait for 5 seconds. Turn on by push power+volume up together....an EMUI settings will appear, pick the 'wipe cache', then reboot. I'll never use the factory reset from day one, for almost 3 month use now, with zero problems. 'Factory reset' is the last resort if everything u've done cant be fixed, as it deletes your data & reset system apps.

Also checkout 'App Launch' on battery settings. Only untick the apps that u want to use real-time notifications. The rest leave it in blue ticks.

Guys I just bought a Mate 20 today. I am not sure whether it's just me or anything but I find that the battery is just average. I lost like 1% after watching 1 or 2 videos on YouTube. Is there any solution?

Another thing is, s9 sells everywhere in the world except USA with exynos processor, which is trash. Cameras are better on mate and more versatile. Battery is way better on mate. Well, mate is half a year younger, it is generally better in every way and doesnt have samsung problems

My employer gives me a chocie between the Huawei Mate 20 and the Samsung S9. The Mate 20 is newer, bigger, bigger battery,double internal memory... But is is better than the S9. Could you guys please give some advice and or user feedback? Thanks
