However, I have to say, as a previous P40 pro owner, lack of Google services is a big handicap for newer Huawei phones. Not because of Google apps, I really don't use any of them. It's because many other apps uses Google services to run and that is a big problem. Sold my P40 pro, bought new battery for my old Mate 20 pro and now I'm using this one again. Really happy with Huawei phones, find them way better than Samsung and other Androids.

This means the refresh rate of the screen is whats causing the Slow refresh when you want to see in Slowmo, pictures?? this means this phone has same "Bad" refresh rate like an old ordinary phone?

              Very good phone, I own it since 2 years and it always made its work. The camera can still compete with todays upper mid-range phones, the performance remains good, battery life doesn't drop significantly (40W charging also compensates for it). Screen resolution is still one of the best in the world (and unfortunately newer Huawei flagship-phones didn't get that WQHD+ resolution anymore). Would still buy Huawei again because of great cameras (always achieves a new top score on dxomark), satisfying screen resolution (at least my eyes can't identify any great difference between WQHD+ and FHD+) and chipset, even without google mobile services. Appgallery and petal search find the app you are searching for in the whole internet and APKs of all apps are available everywhere (don't understand why people are so obsessed with google). I would recommend it to people who want relatively high-end smartphones with no extreme prices and who aren't in the need of showing off with a brand new flagship and can be satisfied with an older flagship like this.

On previous EMUI versions you could see SOT from your last battery charge and my battery mostly lasted over 48 hours. And for those 48 hours I could see the SOT for that WHOLE time, not only last 24 hours.

                                  after emui 11 update, i have bluetooth related problems. I also have huawei freelace headset which was superb product for my needs; after mate 20 pro emui 11 update, phone now using low quality bluetooth codecs when connecting to free lace headset. sbc/aac only, and sound quality like fm radio.. last update simply killed free lace head set. both products came from huawei yet now sound quality issues emerged, its a very clear sign about low quality testing of firmware... so be aware about bluetooth problem.

                                        Whay do they call it an "update"? EMUI 11 is a downgrade. You lose some of your battery performance. And Huawei now trying to hide that fact by removing stats from the battery menu. You cant see SOT time any more (they show it ONLY for the last 24 hrs) and they removed "time on battery" which showed how long your battery was lasting. Then they messed up sound options to. If you want to mute your media volume, you have now one step more then before to do so. Huawei makes very good Hardware, but Software... Man, do they need to fire someone.
