Huawei started Shity games of draining battery for older phones like the previous update 10.1.0.298 was draining battery now the new update 10.1.0.315 is best for battery
With Previous version it was giving 8 to 9 hours battery backup
With Current version it is giving almost 22 hours battery backup

Best HUAWEI phone still that ive ever had, ive had previosly P9 , P10+, MATE 10pro, MATE 20pro, MATE 30pro.
And MATE 20pro still best i had, even better than the 30pro model. Ive still got it as my back up phone just now as ive went for a change n got the OPPO FIND X2 pro. But i will move bk to HUAWEI one day :-)

This phone is just amazing. I very recommend this phone! But be careful not to break the screen because it might cost about 230$ if u want to fix the screen. But overall it deserves every penny you pay for this mobile. You can just charge it at night and use all over the day, and with its 40W charger you're gonna love the fact and the speed it takes to charge it. It's been over a year I'm using it and i still haven't faced any problems with it yet.

It was the best phone of 2018. I bought one and still using it. No complaints. Only lack of Google service will hold me back to buy mate 40 pro.

Best phone out there pre Snapdragon865 imo!
40W charging is mad, everywhere is touting 33W as like its brand new, we need something like 65W on the new oneplus8t pro, or 120W in the mi 10 ultra!

Faisi, 07 Aug 202075% faster then p9 or p9 plusI honestly find it hard to believe that the Mate 20 Pro is 75% faster than the P9 Plus. The P9 Plus is faster than the vanilla P9. Check the benchmarks itself right here in the GSMArena P9 Plus review and YouTube videos which conduct speed tests between both smartphones prove my statement.
When I look at navigation speed/switching between applications between the P9 Plus and Mate 20 Pro the speed difference is minimal at best. It looks the same to me so if it's faster I would say maybe 5% but I know with a certainty that it CANNOT be as much as 75% faster.

Hi! Are you also disappointed with the fingerprint on your Mate 20 pro? I had a Huawei P9 and fingerprint recognition worked great on it, it was enough to lightly touch the spot on the back of my old P9 and the screen would unlock immediately. On this new Mate 20 pro the fingerprint works every 5th time and I have to press hard. It really disappointed me, it’s two steps back for Huawei.
