You have to change tyoe of screen, its not AMOLED its OLED even on P20 Pro!!

      Both Huawei & Samsung front camera was not the best. Its either Pixel, Sony or Iphone (X), thats the best front cam.

        Reason to get rid of this phone:
        1. Supporting the NM card, then ditch the Micro SD card. Sorry, my previous device using Micro SD. I won't buy this proprietary NM format just for Mate 20 Pro, even old Huawei smartphone also supporting Micro SD. Stupid move. I know many will come and say the storage is pretty big, you can use cloud service, you can also use OTG. Yes, but non of these option beat Micro SD.
        2. Using proprietary fast charging standard. This is not an issue if previously already invested for Huawei own fast charging, but it doesn't support the more supported Qualcomm QC. Yes, it does support USB-PD, but I tested with a USB-PD adapter, it doesn't work well, keep disconnected.
        3. No headphone jack. Yes, trend follower will say wireless is far better. But I'm not, definitely the old 3.5mm jack is the best and no need worry about headphone battery that need to recharge.
        Convenient eh? Why need extra step to charge your wireless earphone?
        It's wireless reverse charging sharing also is non-sense.
        It's main selling point would only be it's camera, then maybe slightly cheaper price than Samsung's flagship.
        If for me to choose, I definitely choose Samsung Galaxy Note 9 over this, and actually Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128GB is far cheaper than the Mate 20 Pro in my region.
        Definitely not everything is cool when some brand do a big change. I blame Apple for ditching the 3.5mm jack on their iPhone, this is the most stupid idea ever had. Then other brainless follower start to follow their stupid footstep.

            littlefish, 10 Nov 2018lies.not all the hauwei mate 20 pro have got lg screens i checked mine using phone info on play store i found out my screen boe screen and not a lg screen there is no problem with my hauwei mate 20 pro they show this on youtube so i cheked so if you wait to know if its a lg screen download phone info and look under touchscreen

              This phone excites me so much. Few years ago Huawei collaborated with Leica to bring us dual camera on phone and it worked but could not be the first. They collaborated again and again untill they have achieved the best as at now. P20 pro's camera was the best ever in many angels or areas. Best at night and best in zooming clearity hands down. It also hard the best video 1080p stability with the AI
              I hope they improve this to the 4k videos to be as stable with their AI like the 1080p one.

                Please recall all your units with LG screen panel as its having the Green Tint bleed issue..

                So much for your flagship... it was really a great flagship beyond your P20 series but man,, you really messed up with the OLED panel..

                PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP ! ! !

                  And for Samsung. At the moment, i can simply buy any phone brand with Snapdragon 845 will do. Unless Samsung come out with next generation snapdraon855. Mean next year..

I di... moreIt actually your right one of my classmate using this right now . he mentions about this issue but one thing it have better open bwoser time when application and they are the first to use the idea of phone charging back cover . It can even be use to charged their other huawei product like the earphone and soundstone with the back cover of the phone . Technically is like the best phone available now . However would still like the idea od NOkia 7.1 and vivo v11 and Xiaomi black shark more price wise and specs are ok same and cheaper

Touch latency still bad not as good as S9 plus or iPhone in case if you want text fast, on screen fingerprint aren’t that fast and not as accurate as ordinary fingerprint, audio quilaty not as good as S9 plus or iPhone XS, mate 20 Pro OLED has some oversharpense issue same issue as mate 10 Pro OLED. The good thing about mate 20 Pro that Huawei fix overheating issue that comes with mate 10, mate 10 Pro and P20 Pro.

I brought this phone since 1st d... morecould you please check a feature for me? and latest samsung devices, via game launcher. when you play games. even if a call comes. game wont be interfered, instead in a tiny window the caller details will appear and so we can answer or decline. even we can answer in speaker mode. so game keeps running and while we can talk to the caller if its a short urgent call. SO... could you PLEASE check for me that is there such a feature in Huawei mate 20 pro?
